Chicago Police: No Charges To Be Filed Against Elderly Woman Who Shot 12 Year Old Boy

The Chicago Police have announced that no criminal charges will be brought against a 68 year old woman who shot a 12 year old boy during an incident when he was throwing bricks at her. The boy, however, will be charged with aggravated assault. The boy's grandmother claims he was just walking by the house and was shot for no reason. Yeah, right. . .
