Dying Gang Member Breaks "No Snitch" Code

 Interesting article in the Sun-Times about a dying gang member who broke the "NO SNITCH" code by fingering the fellow gang member that shot him. Not really a surprise, considering the guy was dying. No risk or fear of retaliation. Show us some neighbors that start telling the police about gang banger crimes and we will be more impressed.
