Hale & Associates is conveniently located in downtown Chicago in the well known Monadnock Building, across the street from the Dirksen Building, which houses the Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Established in February 2008 by founder and principal Andrew M. Hale, the firm specializes in defending civil rights lawsuits brought against cities, municipalities, police officers and other governmental employees.
